Martin Reingruber

CEO

Martin Reingruber is the mechanical engineering mastermind at Nordfels. Together with his two manager colleagues he steers strategic skills and the fortunes of the company. For a change of pace he enjoys sports at the nearby “North Cliff”, in other words the mountain Sternstein, concluding with the enjoyment of self-caught fish and good wine together with his wife Evelyn.

Edmund Jenner

CEO

Edmund Jenner is Martin Reingruber's counterpart in the field of electrical and software engineering. Outside the realm of bits and volts, he enjoys music and his family, which consists of his wife Claudia and their children Paul and Hanna.

Johannes Kaar

CFO

Johannes Kaar keeps a watchful eye on the business figures at Nordfels and carries the responsibility for numerous further administrative and legal tasks. When his attention is not focused on Nordfels for the moment, then it is on his family with Erika and the two boys Jamal and Theo.

Bernhard Schaubschläger

Engineering

For highly complex and difficult tasks, Bernhard Schaubschläger’s support is indispensable. As project supervisor he has gained the trust and also the respect of his clients. Outside Nordfels, his attention is devoted to building a house with his wife Margot.

Bernhard Hartl

Automation

Bernhard, father of two, is an experienced specialist in the fields of software, electrical engineering and IT. As head of our Automation department, he not only has a broad range of expertise, but also a passion for innovation and project management. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the great outdoors on his mountain bike in summer and on skis in winter.

Patrick Pammer

Engineering

Patrick is one of the solid pillars of Nordfels in the field of mechanical engineering. He is responsible for client projects ranging from detailed small machines to larger production systems. Outside his job, Patrick stays in shape playing soccer, where he plays a major role in the Union Oberneukirchen – just as he does in the company. In addition, as a specially trained youth worker, Patrick teaches 10- to 16-year-olds the skills they need later for the fire department, whereby fun and action take the spotlight.

Markus Wagner

Engineering

Max joined the team as an experienced design engineer. Not least because he tends to look at things from a different perspective, he consistently achieves exceptional results. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and loves cooking and sports. As a youth coach, Max tries to teach the young children at Union Rainbach how to play dynamic football.

Elisa Rauöcker

Engineering

Elisa has secured a permanent place in the engineering team. She volunteers for the rural youth organisation Landjugend Bezirk Rohrbach, where she is the secretary. She also enjoys spending time in restaurants, on the beach volleyball court or at Christmas markets. She gives free rein to her musical talent in the St. Johann Music Society.

Andreas Blazek

Engineering

Andreas supports the mechanical engineering team with his technical knowledge. 
When he is not at Nordfels he spends his spare time with his girlfriend and enjoys working on cars. 
His favourite hobby is motorbike racing – ideally on the race tracks all over Austria.

Georg Viehböck

Engineering

The youngest member of the construction team is Georg Viehböck, who lends a hand in various different projects. Aside from in his work, his hobby is all about precision as well – playing pétanque (a form of boules), be this during training, or on tournaments. To balance everything out, he races bicycles.

Hannes Stöllner

Engineering

It's not just at Nordfels that versatility takes top priority; Hannes also shows plenty of that in his leisure time in the family carpentry workshop as well as working on a farm.
To relax, Hannes spends the rest of his free time at Union Reichenthal football club.

Klemens Neundlinger

Engineering

In the Nordfels Automation team, Klemens makes sure that robots do what they are supposed to do.
 Away from work, Klemens spends a lot of time with the Amesschlag/Oberneukirchen volunteer fire brigade.
 In addition to taking part in team competitions, he also works there as a specially trained youth worker for 8 to 16-year-old children.

Jakob Kern

Engineering

With his acquired knowledge in the field of special machine construction, Jakob is part of the engineering team at Nordfels. He likes to look at every topic from different angles and always tries to keep up to date with the latest technology. He spends most of his free time doing sports, partying and travelling.

Christina Reichenberger

Engineering

Christina supports the Engineering Team at Nordfels and is also responsible for technical documentation.
In her spare time, she likes to do sport, enjoy the outdoors and spend time with her friends.

Niklas Wallinger

Engineering

Niklas works the engineering design team, and his main area of responsibility is tinkering to find a solution to any technical problem. His favourite way of spending his free time is working on cars, and as a proud Evo owner he won’t get bored anytime soon. At the weekends, he sometimes supports the Latino Bar team as a bartender and also enjoys meeting his friends there when he’s not behind the bar.

Samuel Feilmayr

Engineering

Samuel supports the construction team at Nordfels with a great deal of optimism. No technical challenge seems too big for him; on the contrary, there is always a solution. Outside of work, Samuel is very active in the fire brigade and Red Cross in Helfenberg.

Manuel Knollmayr

Engineering

Manuel works in engineering and supports the design of special-purpose machines. He joined the company immediately after graduating from HTL and has been contributing his technical knowledge and practical experience to development work ever since. In his free time, he devotes himself to agriculture, enjoys working in the workshop and is actively involved in the fire brigade.

Peter Langeder

Automation

Peter Langeder programs machine control systems together with Bernhard Hartl and Simon Feichtl, although he is also often the “man on site”, who ensures that robots are doing their job where they are supposed to be. In his free time, he likes to take his motorcycle to techno festivals, preferably with charming company.

Manuel Pammer

Automation

As an electrical design engineer at Nordfels, Manuel ensures that electrical systems operate efficiently. With his passion for technology and automated machines, he brings innovative solutions to the team. Outside of work, he is involved with the rural youth organisation, the fire brigade and the Red Cross.

Simon Feichtl

Automation

At Nordfels Simon programs complex control systems, combining extensive experience in electrotechnology with the specifics of high-level language programming. Apart from that, he enjoys life at festivals with friends and whatever is going on at the moment.

Stefan Schwarz

Automation

Stefan supports the automation team with his technical expertise and brings robotic systems to life. In his spare time he is a keen footballer and plays for the Union Oberneukirchen club. Besides his job and sport he enjoys spending time with friends at events and festivals.

Matthias Mitterlehner

Automation

Matthias is an electrical designer at Nordfels. He creates circuit diagrams and works with other technicians to ensure that the electrical systems fulfil the requirements. In his spare time, he likes to spend his time doing sports, cooking or hanging out with friends.

Dominik Hofer

Automation

Dominik mainly supports the Automation team in programming visualizations, which is why he is also known as Visu-Dominik. In his free time, he is active in various clubs, including the fire department, rural youth and the Alpine Club.

Joachim Lackner

Automation

Joachim works in the automation team at Nordfels and programs machine control systems. He spends his free time with the brass band in St.Peter/Wbg, the volunteer fire brigade in Auberg, and he is also a paramedic with the Red Cross.

Marcus Pertlwieser

Marcus, our AI student, now plays a central role in the development of AI solutions for our automation team. In addition to his studies, he initiates and supervises numerous AI projects, contributes his expertise and drives innovation. In his free time, he enjoys spending time in the garden programming or relaxing with friends over board games and barbecues.

David Andlinger

Automation

Jakob supports our engineering team with his acquired knowledge. Besides playing football for the Julbach Union Team, he loves to spend his time learning new tunes on the Styrian harmonica or doing different types of sports.

Thomas Ilk

Automation

Thomas is part of the electrical engineering team at Nordfels and, in this role, is one of those who teach our robots to ‘jump over hurdles’. Away from tinkering with electronics, he coaches the Union's 4-6 year old junior athletes in football. In addition to his job and the football pitch, he enjoys spending his free time with his son and girlfriend.

Samuel supports the automation team at Nordfels in programming machine controls. In his spare time, he enjoys working with CNC machines and 3D printers, programming and tinkering with technical devices.

Dominik supports the automation team at Nordfels with programming machine controls. In his free time, he likes to tinker in his workshop at home, barbecue with friends in his garden, or bake the occasional Neapolitan pizza.

Christiana supports the high-tech service team at Nordfels.
In her free time, she likes to go hiking or spend time with her family.

Daniel Wiesinger

Hightech Service

What distinguishes Daniel Wiesinger is his extremely broad knowledge of materials and requirements from different branches, which makes him the first contact person for high-tech services. Outside Nordfels he orchestrates about 50 musicians as the bandmaster for the Hirschbach Music Band – with great success, as we hear again and again.

Thomas Enzenhofer

Thomas recently joined the high-tech Nordfels service team, where he contributes his extensive knowledge and experience accumulated from a wide range of industries. In his free time, his family comes first, and he is also a member of various clubs in Hellmonsödt, where he is involved in the brass band as a tuba player and in the football club as a coach for juniors.

Monika Stelzer

Monika supports Nordfels with her technical knowledge in documentation. She likes to spend her spare time with the young farmers association and playing volleyball. As a leader in the young farmers association and as a team coach in volleyball, Monika always knows what is going on.

Wilfried Noska

Wilfried looks after our customers during the project planning phase. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in the field of robotics & automation technology and brings the best prerequisites to the team. In addition to occasional mountain bike tours and volunteer work for the fire brigade, he spends most of his time with his two daughters Sarah and Hannah.

With several years of professional experience in automated systems engineering, Julian supports the team in project planning. He enjoys spending his free time with friends and on the football ground, where he also works as a youth coach for Union Arnreit.

Mario Bertlwieser

Mario Bertlwieser has a strong background in mechanical engineering and international experience in project planning and project management. He stands for structured project processes and clear communication with a consistent thread running through them – from the initial enquiry to the handover of the machine for series production.
Customer satisfaction and transparency throughout all project phases are his top priorities. He draws strength from his family, good food and shared adventures in nature.

Fabian Gabauer

IT

Fabian supports Siegfried in IT with any problems and concerns that arise. In his free time, he enjoys fishing with friends or travelling to other countries.

Tanja Hofer

Tanja looks after the accounts at Nordfels. She keeps an eye on the figures and makes sure that all invoices are paid on time.
She likes to spend as much of her spare time as possible with her family - especially her two children Samuel and Leonie.

Christina Ossberger

Administration

Christina is responsible for accounting and running the holding company. In her private life, everything revolves around her family, husband Thomas and their two children Manuel and Anna. She enjoys spending her free time in the countryside, running around with the children, going for walks and working in the vegetable garden.

Julia Groiss

At Nordfels, Julia takes care of everything to do with human resources. She is responsible for areas such as further training, trade fair appearances and recruiting.
She is particularly interested in the targeted promotion and development of our employees. In her free time, Julia enjoys the outdoors - preferably cycling or hiking with her husband and two children.

Nicole Höfer

Purchasing

Having trained as a tourism clerk, Nicole had only a small amount of technical knowledge when she started at the company. Since then, she has picked up a great deal within a short time and now takes care of purchasing at Nordfels. Besides work, she loves to spend time with her family and friends. She is always up for spontaneous trips to the seaside.

Nina Leutgeb

Nina works in administration and also provides support in the area of digitalisation. Away from Nordfels, she enjoys spending her free time with friends and finding a balance in nature and sport is very important to her. She is also a committed member of the Hellmonsödt volunteer fire brigade and the Zwettl an der Rodl rural youth organisation.

Lisa Bindeus

At Nordfels, Lisa works in commercial project management and HR and ensures that all processes run smoothly. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends.
