Martin Reingruber

Martin Reingruber

CEO

Martin Reingruber is the mechanical engineering mastermind at Nordfels. Together with his two manager colleagues he steers strategic skills and the fortunes of the company. For a change of pace he enjoys sports at the nearby “North Cliff”, in other words the mountain Sternstein, concluding with the enjoyment of self-caught fish and good wine together with his wife Evelyn.

Edmund Jenner

CEO

Edmund Jenner is Martin Reingruber's counterpart in the field of electrical and software engineering. Outside the realm of bits and volts, he enjoys music and his family, which consists of his wife Claudia and their children Paul and Hanna.

Johannes Kaar

CFO

Johannes Kaar keeps a watchful eye on the business figures at Nordfels and carries the responsibility for numerous further administrative and legal tasks. When his attention is not focused on Nordfels for the moment, then it is on his family with Erika and the two boys Jamal and Theo.

Christina Krump

Administration

Christina Krump is the friendly face of reception at Nordfels and also responsible for bookkeeping at the same time. Unfortunately, she currently has little time for her hobbies of music & sport, since she is busy building a house.

Regina Grüner

Administration

Regina Grüner provides help and support wherever it is needed and whenever administrative issues call for clarification. Apart from Nordfels, her family is the focal point of her life.

Mario Schwarz

Mechanical Engineering

There is allegedly no faster solid edge draftsman at Nordfels. Mario’s competent support or supervision is therefore welcome in every project. He goes about things quickly in his free time as well, whether it is sports or listening to music.

Patrick Pammer

Mechanical Engineering

Patrick is one of the solid pillars of Nordfels in the field of mechanical engineering. He is responsible for client projects ranging from detailed small machines to larger production systems. Outside his job, Patrick stays in shape playing soccer, where he plays a major role in the Union Oberneukirchen – just as he does in the company. In addition, as a specially trained youth worker, Patrick teaches 10- to 16-year-olds the skills they need later for the fire department, whereby fun and action take the spotlight.

Bernhard Schaubschläger

Mechanical Engineering

For highly complex and difficult tasks, Bernhard Schaubschläger’s support is indispensable. As project supervisor he has gained the trust and also the respect of his clients. Outside Nordfels, his attention is devoted to building a house with his wife Margot.

Daniel Wiesinger

Hightech Service

What distinguishes Daniel Wiesinger is his extremely broad knowledge of materials and requirements from different branches, which makes him the first contact person for high-tech services. Outside Nordfels he orchestrates about 50 musicians as the bandmaster for the Hirschbach Music Band – with great success, as we hear again and again.

The Nordfels kitchen is where the staff re-charge their enthusiastic vitality

Uncomplicated exchange, taking a short break, community at the long table: these have always been important sources of energy within the daily working routine at Nordfels. The kitchen chef Josef “Pepi” Affenzeller provides not only sustenance for the staff. Based on his many years of experience in first-class cuisine, he offers all the employees very diverse, healthy and delicious meals every day. When Pepi is not attentively busy in the kitchen, you will find him on his new racing bike or playing curling.

Peter Wagner

Electrotechnology & Software

Peter Wagner came into contact with Nordfels at an early age: he was the first summer intern. After having successfully finished his studies he came back, and today Peter is decisive in the development of electronics. Also apart from his job, his passion remains in the technical realm, be it when building a house, programming a Raspberry Pi, or simply grilling a steak.

Georg Hochreiter

Electrotechnology& Battery Technology

There is no battery project that does not bear his signature: Georg Hochreiter brings ideas for numerous innovations in the field of battery technology, but at the same time, he is also an important part of the mechanical engineering team. Georg finds inspiration for his work in his free time with powered paragliding or going out. It’s not quite clear, though, how that actually works with the latter.

Werner Hofbauer

Mechanical Engineering

Although he is relatively new in the team, Werner is meanwhile an established member in mechanical engineering. He already develops and constructs smaller systems himself and assumes responsibility for sections of larger projects. His enthusiasm for technical jobs is not limited to work, but also extends into his free time, for example as head of the technical team for theater productions in Helfenberg, where he ensures smooth technical operations.

Bernhard Hartl

Electrotechnology & Software

Although still very young, after 13 years Bernhard Hartl is already an “old hand” at Nordfels, responsible for electrotechnical issues and systems programming. When he is not teaching robots to walk, he likes to take off on his bike or spend time with his wife Gisela in their new house.

Simon Feichtl

Electrotechnology & Software

At Nordfels Simon programs complex control systems, combining extensive experience in electrotechnology with the specifics of high-level language programming. Apart from that, he enjoys life at festivals with friends and whatever is going on at the moment.

Peter Langeder

Electrotechnology & Software

Peter Langeder programs machine control systems together with Bernhard Hartl and Simon Feichtl, although he is also often the “man on site”, who ensures that robots are doing their job where they are supposed to be. In his free time, he likes to take his motorcycle to techno festivals, preferably with charming company.

Günther Blüml

Battery Technology

In addition to developing the electronics for battery systems, Günther also takes care of the further development of the Johammer / Xiavo Software and system integration. In his private life, his family takes priority.

Georg Viehböck

Mechanical Engineering

The youngest member of the construction team is Georg Viehböck, who lends a hand in various different projects. Aside from in his work, his hobby is all about precision as well – playing pétanque (a form of boules), be this during training, or on tournaments. To balance everything out, he races bicycles.

Martin Neundlinger

Mechanical Engineering

Martin actively supports us with his expert technical expertise as an engineer in the development of various machines and devices, but also gets his hands dirty in the workshop if need be. He spends his free time either in his own workshop, or playing volleyball. He does this, not only as an experienced competition athlete, but also a highly ambitious youth coach.

Matthias Mitterlehner

Electrotechnology

Matthias Mitterlehner is the youngest member of the electricians-team, and makes sure that the machines do what they were developed to do. Also outside of Nordfels Matthias likes to spend time on IT. He finds rest and variety when playing his electric guitar, or playing with his dog Benni.

Marcus Baumgartner

Mechanical Engineering

Marcus Baumgartner is comparatively fresh at Nordfels, but at the same time he is an 'engineering veteran'. His passion for the matter showed from an early age on, and can also be seen in his hobbies of working and having an effect: percussion in a marching band, home improvement, and work with the Red Cross.

Monika Stelzer

Mechanical Engineering

Monika supports Nordfels with her technical knowledge in documentation. She likes to spend her spare time with the young farmers association and playing volleyball. As a leader in the young farmers association and as a team coach in volleyball, Monika always knows what is going on.

Thomas Ilk

Electrical Engineering

Thomas is part of the electrical engineering crew at Nordfels and is one of a team who teach our robots how to ``jump over hurdles``. Apart from electronic tinkering, he teaches 4-6 year olds how to play football as a coach at the local Union Club. Between his work and the soccer field, he enjoys his free time with his girlfriend and their son.

Lisa Bindeus

Administration

At Nordfels, Lisa works in administration and ensures that all processes run smoothly. In her spare time she is involved in various clubs. As the leader of Helfenberg young farmers association, Lisa spends a lot of time planning and organizing events. Her favorite pastime, however, is sport.
