Nordfels offers apprenticeship places for training in the skilled trades of mechatronics, metal technology and electrical engineering. Those interested in an apprenticeship should contact us about one year before the desired starting date. We generally invite all applicants to a few trial days, which are set individually in summer or fall. Following an apprenticeship test (early December) and personal interview, we do our best to make a definitive decision about acceptance or not before Christmas.

Nordfels regularly offers internships in the fields of construction and electrical engineering, but also in the workshops.
The framework conditions for the internship are discussed in a non-binding initial interview.
Based on the initial interview, applicants formulate a brief concept paper (approx. 2 pages) with a clear objective, milestones, and organizational plan.
In conclusion, we reach a decision. All the details are discussed, and the date for the start of the internship is set.
